Reservation policy

1. Party B must inform the Hotel(s) at least 24 hours before checking-in and Hotel(s) has the right to refuse any reservation by party B if the hotel(s) is fully booked
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from respective sales offices of Party A, unless Party A has agreed upon a firm room allotment. On confirmation, Hotel’s Sales Department will notify the Tour Operator(s) of the Travel Agent(s) the acceptance of the reservation by email or written.
Non- guaranteed reservation will be held until the cut-off date stated on the confirmation letter sent by Party A to Party B, after which the Hotel(s) reserves the right to release room reservation and other related services (if any).
2. Check in & Check out time
Check-in time: After 14:00
Check-out time: Before 12:00
Surcharge for early check in or late check out:
Late check out before 18:00: Surcharge 50% of room rate.
Late check out after 18:00: Surcharge 100% of the room rate.
Early check in before 7:00: 100% of room rate will be charged.
Early check in from 7:00 to before 14:00: 50% of room rate will be charged.
3. Amenment: Cancellation & No-show
Cancellation is only confirmed when both Parties receive a confirmation letter agreed by both Parties.
No-show will be applied full charge for the confirmed booking.
No refund made for any shortened stays, Party A will charge for the entire duration of the reserved days.
For GIT bookings, the amendment or cancellation policies will be mentioned on the booking confirmation.
