Other standard terms & conditions

• All rates contained herein are confidential, non-commissionable and negotiated based on the standard wholesaler / retailer distribution and only applicable only to FIT package and Group Tour Programs.
• When the Hotel one-sidely informs the Company of a rate lower (special offer / deal / campaign – via fax / email or any other communication channel) or higher than that stated in this agreement, the agreement is considered adjusted for the stated periods with all other conditions remaining the same.
• Rates are not to be disclosed to a 3^rd party for any reason or purpose. Rates cannot be displayed or sold directly on the internet via wholedsaler / retailer’s website or published directly in any form of operator’s brochures or collaterals. At no time is it acceptable for these rates to be given directly to the consumer without mark-ups. 
• Rates cannot be under any circumstances be resold to any B2C channels / website. If there is any 3^rd party rate found in any OTA channel which causes rate disparity, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking with violating rates, or collect the variance from the guest. The Hotel will bear no obligation to any arising complaint.
• Booking below 6 rooms is considered as FIT booking. Booking from 7 rooms and above is considered as a GIT booking.
• The rates and conditions in this contract and appendix will only be applied when the hotel receives the signed contract. Any other rates will not be accepted and only the rates in the contract is applied from the day the hotel receives the signed copy.
• The rates shall be adjusted according to any VAT adjustment or any other tax added by the government at the payment time. The adjusted taxes are subjected to the local government’s regulation.
